missingWrote a review on Sept 01convenient suitegreat breakfastpoor air conditioningmiscommunication
The location of the H4 Hotel in Berlin is fantastic, just a short walk from Alexanderplatz, making it easy to navigate the city. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a cozy space to relax after exploring. I appreciated having two bathrooms in the junior suite. it made our stay much more convenient, especially with a family. Breakfast exceeded expectations, featuring a wide variety of hot options and fresh pastries. However, the air conditioning struggled. it felt more like a fan than cooling air, which made it uncomfortable at night. We faced some miscommunication regarding our late check-in, adding stress after a long flight. While the staff were friendly, efficiency seemed to be lacking at times, especially during check-in. Despite these hiccups, the overall experience was enjoyable.

great location but some amenities need attention
The location of the hotel is a major highlight. everything we wanted to see was nearby! The suite was spacious and very clean with both a tub and shower, making for a comfortable stay. The breakfast spread offered a wide range of choices, satisfying our family's varied tastes.
However, the lounge area felt uninviting as it emptied quickly during peak hours.

missingWrote a review on Jul 19cleanliness issuelack of privacy
The toilet and bathing areas lack privacy, with a leaky door separating them and no additional barrier from the room itself. A tuft of hair found in the toilet raised concerns about cleanliness, and the air conditioning seemed more like a glorified fan, leaving the room uncomfortably warm at night. Additionally, there were multiple instances of housekeeping entering too early, with one employee insisting on checking the minibar while guests still occupied the room, which felt intrusive and disrespectful.

Family with kids, you'll love it
The room was spacious and clean, we had two bedrooms which was perfect for keeping our little boy in one while we relaxed in the other. And the executive lounge was a nice touch too, great for grabbing drinks after dinner.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but honestly, it was worth it.

The stay was greatly enhanced by a spacious suite accommodating our family comfortably, with a helpful staff that swiftly addressed all our parking inquiries in English. Breakfast offered a delightful variety that pleased everyone, particularly the kids. However, the lack of additional amenities in the room and limited extra storage options were drawbacks.

The hotel's location near Alexanderplatz is fantastic, surrounded by cafes and shops, making it convenient for sightseeing. However, the additional charges for amenities like a kettle felt excessive. Breakfast had a good variety but was crowded at peak times. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored the Museum of Ancient Seafaring and took a stroll down the Rhine promenade, checking out the modern city hall. The hotel staff was super friendly, and breakfast options were great for fueling our adventures. Definitely recommend it for a fun group getaway!
One downside was the hairdryer situation. it kept cutting out while I was getting ready. I asked for help at the front desk, but no one fixed it during my stay, so that was a bit annoying.
